Die Zimmer waren sauber. Beim Frühstück hätte gern mehr dunkles Brot dabei sein können und am Abreisetag das Frühstück vergessen, war schon komisch. Für einen Kurzaufenthalt gut geeignet. Für einen längeren Aufenthalt nicht empfehlenswert. Parken kann man direkt am Hotel. Für Fahrradurlauber ideal gelegen und es ist nicht wirklich weit zur Innenstadt.

Unsere Buchung von Expedia war im Hotel NICHT vorhanden und die Reaktion des Personals war unmöglich - sogar eher frech. werde dieses Hotel sicherlich nicht mehr aufsuchen

Das Hotel lag direkt an einer Bundesstraße, also ziemlich laut. Das Frühstück war sehr gut. Außer Fisch alles da. Allerdings waren die Zimmer renovierungsbedürftig aber sauber. Das Bad war sehr klein und eng. Für einen Kurzurlaub ist das Hotel ok, auch wegen des Preises.

Absolut angenehm

Das Zimmer war liebevoll eingerichtet und gemütlich. Schade war,dass das Bad veraltet war,aber hat alles funktioniert. Die Gastronomie war leider Geschlossen da am Sonntag der Ruhetag war. Aber es gibt viele Restaurants in der Nähe. Auch ohne Auto alles zu erreichen. Das Frühstück war fantastisch.

Hotel ist sehr in die Jahre gekommen. Teilweise defekte Teile an Dusche. Überall Rost im Bad, warmes Wasser in der Dusche erst nach mehreren Minuten. Sehr kleines Bad, kaum Ablagen. Heizung wurde nicht warm im Zimmer. Betten durchgelegen, alte, schwere Decken. Altes Mobiliar, Sehr teuer für den Zustand der Zimmer ! Allerdings 10 Minuten nur vom Heidepark entfernt. Das ist der einzige positive Aspekt neben dem reichhaltigen, sehr umfangreichen Frühstuck, welches nett angerichtet und freundlich bedient wurde.

Das Hotel ist in die Jahre gekommen. Die Ausstattung des Zimmers war lieblos. Lampen funktionierten nicht. Die Mischbatterie in der Dusche war so präpariert das man nicht heiß duschen konnte. Die Handtücher waren sehr zerschlissen. Sie zogen Fäden. Im Zimmer wurde ein alter Wasserschaden einfach überstrichen und uns als gerade passiert erklärt. Das Personal ist zwar freundlich, aber man hat das Gefühl es war ihnen alles egal. Küchenschluss war schon um 21 Uhr. Würden uns beim nächsten Aufenthalt in Soltau ein anderes Hotel suchen. Sehr schade

Ein schöner Raum, angenehm groß leider ist die Strasse sehr laut nachts, selbst wenige Autos sind zu laut zum Schlafen die Matratze war etwas durchgelegen, aber ging es ist dort schwierig, ohne eigenes Auto durch die Gegend zu reisen, da kaum Busse fahren

Tilbuddet fra Hotel.com lød på ophold inklusive morgenmad, mens hotellet påstod at det var uden morgenmad, dette afstedkom en del uenighed og vi havde ikke taget hotellet hvis vi havde vist at der skulle betales ekstra.Værelset var koldt og der lugtede af kloak, som om der ikke havde boet nogen der længe, næste morgen var lugten væk. Vi spiste på restauranten og det var ganske udmærket, det endte også med vi fik morgen maden til halv pris.

Zwischenstopp in Soltau

Der einzige Nachteil ist bei heissen Tagen, dass es keine Klimaanlage in den Zimmern gibt und es dementsprechend warm ist in der Nacht. Die Fenster sind zur Strasse hin und können nicht geöffnet werden.
