"Better than expected. Staff was very kind and helpful. The room is old style and definitely outdated, but it is decently maintained. No stain on carpet, no smell in the room no smelly A/C unit, bed linen very clean (and no smells of dry cleaning chemicals). The furniture were clean and perfectly functional. The only drawback was the bathroom that had some ventilation issue. Tub was also a bit dented, but overall clean. For a stop along a long route is good."

"Check-in staff were super nice & process was quick & easy. Room was clean with some minor maintenance (loose tiles on bathroom room as an example), but nothing major. Nice fridge, well-lite bathroom (teens liked that). **My preference** Only thing to note was the A/C was initially set at 75 degrees, and the outside temp was >80, so it took almost all night to get the room down to 70-72 degrees. We slept, but a lower temp to start would have been nicer. *Again, my preference* Property had a nice gift shop with reasonable prices and a nice animal park & plenty of parking for guests. Animals appeared well taken care of, and the feed prices allowed for a very nice experience feeding the various animals."

"Impressed with the cleanliness. Kitchen had plenty of dishes, pots, and accessories to cook for a large family. Loved that paper towels, garbage bags, and similar items were included. We were thrilled that baby gates were included. There were food and water bowls for our furry family member. The pool was nice and fairly close."
