I was not told that I had to request for my room to be cleaned daily. Every time I came back to the hotel at night, my key would not work. Regardless of me, keeping it separate from other devices in my pocket. My room was a mile and a half From the front desk and I had to go up there almost every evening. I was there to visit my disabled son in a nearby nursing home. I can’t tell you how exhausted I would be every time I’d come back to the hotel only to have to walk a mile and a half to get a new key. Furthermore, my card was hacked the next day after I used it for my deposit. I believe that my card was hacked at the Quality Inn.I spoke to Kent, the manager at the front desk and he tried to indicate that because I had paid less because of Expedia that perhaps I should expect less than good service. The beds were incredibly lumpy. There were two in my room and they both were bad and I’ve slept in hundreds of hotels as I’ve traveled and that’s the worst beds I’ve ever had. The breakfast was horrible. They had the same apples every single day instead of at least sometimes having some other type of fruit. It was a terrible experience and I would like my money back. And you should do something about the fact that my card was hacked the very next day after I used it at the Quality Inn.

Wifi was not working. Hotel staff is friendly and accommodating when we asked to leave at 1. It is annoying however when they call right when you're getting ready to leave. the rooms need a complete refresh, our room for two of the lamps did not work and the rooms always have a faint smell of cigarets.

Love that the whole hotel is smoke free! The halls especially smells great. The beds are great, some of the other furniture is dated. Definitely coming back when I the area.

We absolutely love staying here! The rooms are always spotless, comfortable, and well-maintained, which makes every visit relaxing. The breakfast is fresh, delicious, and offers a great variety to start the day right. What truly makes this hotel special, though, is the incredible staff. Morelli and Tracy are especially wonderful, both are so kind, welcoming, and always ready to help with anything we need. Their friendly attitude makes guests feel right at home. The housekeeping team also deserves special recognition. They do an outstanding job keeping everything clean and organized, and their attention to detail does not go unnoticed. Every area of the hotel feels well cared for, and it really shows how much pride the team takes in their work. The overall atmosphere here is warm and inviting, and it’s clear that the staff genuinely care about their guests’ comfort and experience. From check-in to check-out, everything runs smoothly, and we always feel appreciated as guests. We highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable stay, great service, and a friendly environment. We will definitely be coming back again!
