「Clean room, smooth check in, quiet location」

「Breakfast was very good. Nice variety of breakfast choices and staff very helpful and prompt in replenishing food and coffee.」

「Even though they are remodeling, I had a good night's rest. The room was clean and comfortable and the staff very friendly and helpful. I will stay here again.」

「The cinnamon rolls were not soft. The toilets in 2 of our 3 rooms didn't flush and had to have the stopper pulled after each use. One coffee machine was out of order. Otherwise, nice stay and great location for our activities. They also deactivated our key cards early before checkout which caused one party to get locked out of their room.」

「Friendly staff, comfortable bed, older room not yet remodeled and tv remote missing in action, both minor issues. Would stay again and ask for one of the updated rooms shown on Expedia 🤓.」

「There was no one at 5:30-6pm to check in. There was a note to call and someone did answer but seems very odd. Once in the room, discovered the refrigerator was full of water, there was chinese food leftover from a previous guest, there was what looked like a blood stain by the door (they did reply saying it was polish), there was a stain on the bedroom sheets on one bed, the vent in the bathroom was rattling terrible. The cart to bring luggage to the room was not working properly, the wheels...

「The room was clean. I had to plug everything in when I arrived. I was so excited to go sit in the hot tub after my long trip only to discover it hadn’t worked in over 2 years! Very disappointing so if that is a must for you, don’t book this hotel. The free breakfast was a bunch of cereal that looked a couple months old the usual waffle maker and packaged pastries. Very unappetizing. Overall, it was quiet and I never saw any staff after check in.」

「Property was nice. Rooms clean. Other guests were nice. Felt safe. But understaffed big time. Nobody ever at the front desk to help you. Tried to buy snacks from the store and couldn’t find anyone to help at front desk. Other people waiting too, all of the time… How is that okay!?」

The hotel itself was exactly what we expected it to be, but I have to mention the great staff. The lady who checked us in was super friendly. 「The room was clean and previously updated along with the entire property. The staff was excellent and very accommodating during check in. We were welcomed with a gift bag and a warm pleasant smile. We will definitely stay here again when we’re in Hudson/Stillwater area.」
