Welcome to this beautiful contemporary house, located 1h40 from Paris, in the heart of a landscaped private estate: the Domaine de la Brionnerie. Its 4 bedrooms and its large living room will welcome your whole family for your next weekend or for your holidays.
For the summer, you will enjoy a beautiful swimming pool of 72 m² (6 X 12 meters) and a large garden for your lazy afternoons and barbecue dinners.
The house sits in a multi-hectare estate with forests, lake and jogging trail. The nearby village has a grocery store and all shops are a 15-minute drive away.

The house was built in 2009 and completely renovated in 2021: you will find all modern comforts in summer and winter, with air conditioning and heat pump. The decoration, sober and quality, gives a contemporary charm to this new house.

On the ground floor, a beautiful and large living room opens onto the terrace and the swimming pool.

Christmas at La Brionnerie

The house had plenty of space and was much larger than it appeared in the photos. The kitchen was a pleasure to work in and bedrooms were very comfortable.
