“Very warm welcome. Staff are friendly. Excellent location.
Just one thing which requires a bit of improvement: I asked if there is an additional chair as the sink is too high for my kids, the staff did not get back to me.”

“My family of 3 loves this hotel. The triple room is a good size for 3 people. The walk-in/roll-in shower is good. It was quite noisy throughout Friday and Saturday nights though as our room was exterior-facing. There’s a supermarket just across the street and there are many good restaurants near the hotel around Gothic Quarter.”

“This is a very decent hotel. Great location. A few steps from the bus station thanks to the fantastic traffic planning for the city. Excellent choices of pillows. The staff are warm and friendly. Although they tried to fix it once they found out……
