"Wow! The villa was amazing and had EVERYTHING you would want and need (fully equipped with utensils in the kitchen, English channels on the TV, outside BBQ, basketball hoop, etc). The place was even more beautiful that the pictures indicated, with a large amount of space around the villa. It was great to have access to our own large pool, which again is much bigger than the pictures indicated. "Pros: There's everything you need for a vacation with family, especially small kids. We loved the garden and the little pool; as we have small kids it was safe for them to not fall into the pool (you have to climb into it). We did not miss anything. "Pros: The house is equipped with everything you need for a good vacation. The kitchen is a little bit outdated but has all you need. The house has 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, 2 of them with bathtubs. The pool is clean, unfortunately, we did not use it because we were in February. But we was able to collect fresh oranges and mandarins right from the trees. The house has a central heating so it was always comfortable inside. I would definitely recommend this house. "Pros: Overall the house ist great. There is a lot of space on the inside and in the garden. Escpecially the big terrace upstairs and the pool are great. The garden is beautiful and well maintained. The location and the area are very quiet, which is perfect for a relaxing holiday. Cons: The location is a bit off, so you will definetly need a car if you want to go anywhere. But If a you have a car it's absolutely no problem ."

"We recently stayed at Hotel Condesa for our mini moon and it was so good! The main pull for us was the proximity to the beach and this really was amazing. We stayed on a bed and breakfast basis and the breakfast was amazing! So much choice it was unreal! The hotel is so clean and the staff all so helpful and friendly. We would stay again!"

"The property was clean, modern, and well-maintained, especially compared to other accommodations we were considering before our trip. The staff were warm, friendly, and always willing to help, with the breakfast team providing particularly attentive service each morning. We had a wonderful stay and thoroughly enjoyed our time. One detail that stood out was how the hotel handled our request for a room on a higher floor. Although one was not available upon arrival, the staff later contacted us and proactively arranged a room change as soon as one became available. We truly appreciated their effort and commitment to guest satisfaction. When we return to Mallorca, we will definitely consider staying at Marítimo again. Highly recommended!"

"Room was a decent size with balcony and a nice view. Breakfast buffet was good and had a wide variety. I was under the impression hotel would have loungers on the beach, but had to purchase. I give it a 3 for the lack of cleaning in the room and pool, and no parking. They only made the beds and changed towels for the 4 days. Floors were dirty with sand from day 1. We didn’t swim in the pool due to lots of bugs and debris. Had to park far on the street."
