「The room was very clean and cool. However, the bed was made a weird way. There was no duvet cover, the uncovered duvet was on the inside and a sheet covering the outside. I had to completely turn it over so that the sheet was next to me. When I went to check out, there was nobody at reception at the Bernina hotel where we checked in. I waited a while but just left the key as I couldn’t wait any longer. The breakfast was basic but adequate.」
