「This place felt more like an Airbnb than a hotel. I stayed in room #3, and it was pretty small, like they converted one apartment into multiple rooms. We arrived on a Saturday and the room was not clean at all, there were hairs all over the bathroom, on the towels, and the shower had a lot of mold. I let them know and they fixed it right away, which I really appreciated, but it still made the whole stay feel a bit uncomfortable because I never fully trusted the cleanliness after that. 「Initially, they were helpful when we were stuck at the front door. However, we found the shared bathroom toilet didn’t flush. We informed the staff in the morning and were disappointed that this was not addressed during the day and there was no follow up from them. We do expect a working toilet so weren’t really happy with the condition we ended up with.
