“After booking on Expedia, I called and informed hotel that we will reach at 28 th morning at 4.30 am though hotel is booked for 27 to 28 January. Informed same on WhatsApp also about booking. Also reminded on 27 th night that we are reaching 28 th morning at 4.30 am. However when reached with family on 28 th morning at 4.30 am, hotel staff told that room is allocated to someone else and you have to wait till 6 am when another room is getting vacant. So, instead of waiting there, we prefer to go……

“Breakfast and dinner is excellent at the hotel, rooms are not that spacious, just enough small rooms, parking okay okay.”

“Terrible Service. False Advertising. Careless Management Called the hotel on 15/1/2026 about rates for 3 rooms. Expedia was offering Rs.3040 plus taxes including breakfast for King Size room with Sofabed. Talked to the manager to discuss options for matching room & rates. Was told to book it through Expedia. Even though I explained them why pay commission to third party instead make a reservation directly with the hotel. After arriving to the hotel, I learned that, they can manipulate things……

“The room was average and the first issue I noticed was that the shower drainage was completely clogged and I had to stop my shower and have the maintenance clean up! This should have been taken care of prior to letting the hotel guests in.”

“For three persons we had asked for three bottles of water instead of two supplied - just for some 15 Rs worth water, manager was showing me rules We had informed him earlier they we will not be having breakfast as we had to leave early. We had paid for the breakfast online - did not support in giving water also. Disgusting ”

“I have stayed at this hotel many times and have been a regular guest, visiting almost every month. The staff and manager are always helpful and responsive. During this stay, the Wi-Fi in my room was not working, but it was fixed quickly. Room service also forgot one of my orders, and I had to follow up after waiting for an hour. However, my biggest concern is the early morning noise. For three consecutive days, loud local music started at around 5:50 a.m. This seriously affected my sleep,……
