It was like staying in a hidden four star hotel with a modern clean room, free fully stocked mini bar, great view of the ocean, and friendly staff. Very easy to get to, and so conveniently located to explore the lantern alleys at night when the tourist have all left. We were able to get the full experience of Studio Ghibli' Spirited Away thanks to this hotel."

"Great property, was a good experience being able to stay in a more traditional home away from big hotels and further from the tourist areas of Jiufen. The only issue we had was that the location on Google Maps was not accurate and we got lost trying to find it the first time; however afterwards we realized it was actually in a great spot not too far from the Old Street. Seemed like one of the best places to stay in the area. The room is spacious and quiet - we really enjoyed the bathtub with a view of the mountains and the little balcony offers amazing views too. "

"This was such a great place to stay. We had the family room for 3 adults. The view was AMAZING as was the hospitality!! It was in a fantastic location just a couple of minutes to the 7eleven and old street but so peaceful. The space was great with a huge lounge area, dining table and crockery and cutlery for self catering (we got takeout from old street vendors and had dinner in the room. The beds were all king size and really comfortable with quality linen. The whole.place was very clean!!...
