“We booked a one-night experience for ourselves, our two sons and their respective wives at this highly rated facility as part of our vacation. We arrived early for our check-in, so one of three rooms was available which was fine. The rooms were large but had a musty smell when we entered. The bed was comfortable, but most of the amenities are dated. That said, this was meant to be a “lodge”, so our expectations may have been too high. “Such a beautiful hotel! The spa was relaxing, the grounds are beautiful, the food in the restaurant was amazing! Front desk couldn’t have been any kinder and accommodating! Our room was incredible, so spacious and just felt high end! Highly recommend, I will be back for sure!”

“Disappointing. Bathroom fan did not work, no shampoo, and luggage rack holder was broken. Looked like minimal renovations were done, mostly cosmetic. Very noisy! You could hear people upstairs walking around, sounded like a herd of elephants. Also housekeeping staff were loading up their carts, talking loud, and banging things around in the morning. So much for sleeping in. Do not recommend for the price.”

“Very good staff. The room was newish, clean, roomy, great tv and storage. Great shower, very soft towels. Nice location next to a great coffee shop and the gas station, just minutes away from town. The only drawback was that there was some renovation being done and so the parking was limited when we visited. ”
