“The home was very nice, lots of room and bathrooms, the ocean views and sunsets spectacular, easy access to the beach and the hot tub was wonderful. the game was fun and the bbq worked great. The kitchen was really well equipped and a set up for many people. The neighborhood was quiet and parking was easy. ”

“My family enjoyed this gem on the Russian River. The house was comfortable and very clean. Pet friendly too which was great! The hot tub in the rain was delightful! The large yard with fire pit was perfectly maintained and had a path right to the water. They even have kayaks available for use! The hosts were very friendly and easy to reach. I look forward to staying here again!”

The views are fantastic and the trails from the house toward the beach to the west are amazing. I slept soundly with the fog horn in the distance. “Perfect place for couples. The bed is extremely comfortable. The kitchen is very well stocked. Nice location, with many of Sanoma's best restaurants only 5 minutes walk away. Parking was very convenient. Overall the place is very cozy. ”

“I would highly recommend this property. We had a group of seven couples, and each got their own bedroom and bathroom. The property was clean, beautifully unique, and perfect for both the formal dinner we hosted as well as lots of spaces for casual hanging out. The outdoor space is beautiful and so inviting. While I understand the frustration that some people have expressed as it pertains to the 9 AM quiet hours, that is by order of Sonoma County, not this home owner. Communication was always……
