Family wine tasting trip
Great property! Had all the amenities you need and want! Private backyard with a really clean heated Pool! Will definitely book here again! Friendly, prompt with responses host Larry. Also great information at property listing recommended restaurants, wineries, activities.

Great place
The house was nice and clean. Had everything you needed. We didn’t use the pool but the hot tub was used. Close to all kinds of places to eat and shop. We would go back again.

Family getaway
Fantastic experience. The location sells itself with so much to do (great food, winery tours, hikes, tennis, pickleball), but Larry made our experience even better with heated pool, hot tub, ping pong. There were many other thoughtful touches including providing coffee, a bottle of wine and a well curated listing of restaurants and wineries. Bravo.

Wine country with friends
We enjoyed the property even though the water did not co-operate. A quick ride to the plaza. It was nice to gather with friends instead of staying in a hotel. Plenty of room for privacy as well.

Perfect location for wine tasting
We stayed here, 5 adults. The property had everything you could think of needing. The hosts had thought of it all from 2 coffee makers, tea kettle through a fully stocked kitchen. There wasn’t anything they hadn’t thought of. The house was clean, had great areas to sit in and be together. Lovely layout and cosy. The beds were super comfy too. We slept so well. We had an amazing stay. Highly recommend these amazing hosts

Wonderful property in Sonoma
We had a great time at this property with our family and friends. The house was kept very clean and Larry was a great host and very attentive to our needs. The kids loved the pool which was nicely heated. I would highly recommend this property.

Great weekend in Sonoma
We had a lovely stay at this house and would recommend it for a getaway weekend. We spent the whole day at the pool on Saturday and lounged in the deck in the sun. After having dinner in the square, we came back for a nice relaxing time in the hot tub. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed and our hosts kept in good communication with what we needed to do.

Wonderful stay
The house has actually been updated since the listing so it's even better in person. Clean and well equipped. Owner was very communicative. We mentioned we had kids who wanted to swim so they had floaties and swim toys available for our use, along with a bottle of wine for the parents. Overall, a great stay and would highly recommend it.

Relaxing weekend trip
Larry was very helpful at explaining all of the check in and check out procedures and house rules. He responded to questions very quickly. Larry also provided a vet in depth guide of all the local restaurants, wineries and several other attractions and activities that was very helpful in planning our weekend trip. We had a great time and enjoyed staying at the house.

A great place
This house was amazing. Plenty of room for our group to spend time together, yet have space for ourselves. The pool and hot tub were major perks. Host was great and super responsive to all of our needs. We would definitely stay here again. 5 whole hearted starts.

Mom Getaway
My extended family of moms stayed for 3 days and it was lovely. The neighborhood was pretty amd quiet but conveniently close to downtown Sonoma. The house layout was perfect and we loved the kitchen as a gathering spot. The beds were exceedingly comfortable and the bedding and towels were high quality. We didn't use the pool because the weather was cold but the hot tub was perfect. Would definitely stay here again.

Girl’s Trip
The rental house was excellent. We enjoyed our stay very much. We were a little bit bummed that there were no cleaning products left out for us. We wanted to eat outside and needed to clean the table and there was nothing to clean it with other than soap and water. There was not enough paper towels or toilet paper left for all eight of us. Other than that, we had an absolutely amazing time. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

Very upset with property owner.
Property owner, Larry accused us of breaking a couch which we did not do. We are 62-70 year old grandmothers. He will not respond back to me. Charged my cc 1500.00. I am sick over this.

This brand new $2,500 leather couch was not broken before Cheryl’s stay, and was broken after. We also request guests advise us of anything they observe is broken or danaged when they arrive to avoid exactly this situation. Cheryl did not do this. Nonetheless, I refunded Cheryl her entire damage deposit after she complained, and I will suffer the $2,500 loss of the new couch. Also, this review was written BEFORE I refunded Cheryl her damage deposit. Other than this, Cheryl reported she had a wonderful stay at our home.

Solid house when wine tasting in Sonoma
Larry’s property is in a good location driving distance of the wineries in Sonoma and Napa. The beds were comfy, they had YouTube TV, and a ping pong table and a pool outside. The pool is a bit old with the wrinkled lining which made it a little slippery but all in all my family had a good stay and enjoyed the property.

Anniversary get-away
Communication throughout the process was always timely and helpful. The pool liner has quite a few wrinkles, but we enjoyed using it nonetheless. Dishwasher was full when we arrived, so wasn’t sure if it had been run or not. The home was comfortable, and our overall stay was a pleasant one.

Great location in a quiet neighborhood
The house is quietly tucked away in a residential neighborhood, but super close to the downtown Sonoma square and local wineries. The pool was essential for the summer heat wave and we really enjoyed our stay.

Falcon Lane was exactly as advertised. Very clean, well appointed and the owner, Larry, was very friendly, communicative and helpful. We enjoyed the pool, walks in the neighborhood and around town, and generally just being 'away'. Highly recommended.

Nice quiet residential area, plenty of privacy. Plenty of room for our group of six adults. Owner added many nice touches and amenities. Cool and rainy during our stay, but still found much to do. Recommended for a relaxing stay to explore Sonoma.

Larry’s home was the perfect accommodation for our family of 5 and my sons dog. Unfortunately we were only here for 2 days but would have loved to stay longer. The home has everything you need including a pool and hot tub. We appreciated his detailed instructions on the home and the area restaurants and wineries. We would definitely stay here again.

Loved this house!
This house was perfect for my friend's bachelorette party. We had enough room for five girls, we used the porch in the back for a yoga class, we loved the hot tub. It was super cute and worked for what we needed perfectly, highly recommend.

Charming weekend getaway
Group of women for weekend getaway, this house had all the amenities needed, everything was labelled for ease. Very nice touches included cozy robes, complimentary bottle of wine and pool floaties. Could use another hair dryer, but other than that, was very comfortable, beds were great, and the rooms were very nicely appointed. Linens and towels were perfect. Overall a great place to stay to enjoy all that Sonoma has to offer.

Great place for family and pups!
House is more spacious than it looks online. We had more than enough room for our family and pets. Neighborhood was great to walk dogs in, pool was awesome on the 90+ days, and kitchen and grill were great to cook at home with. Would happily stay again if we find ourselves back in Sonoma.

We (two couples) stayed here for the Napa/Sonoma half marathon. The house was very comfortable and had wonderful outdoor amenities. Be prepared for California/Sonoma noise ordinances that restrict outdoor noise between 10:00pm and 9:00am.

Pictures only tell a very little story but when we arrived at Larry’s place we were overcome with excitement to see what else was in store. The neighborhood is tucked away but just off of a main road and the house is amazing for a getaway. The rooms are well appointed, for privacy, and the outdoor elements (pool, jacuzzi, and access from the front to the backyard without going through the house) made everything about the house so much better. We spent most of our time outside but the house is large enough to carry on inside after quiet hours. We’ll definitely stay here again.

This was a wonderful home for our stay in Sonoma. Larry was super helpful and knowledgeable and the house itself wasn’t perfect for what we needed. Great proximity to Sonoma square and many wineries. Wish we could have stayed longer.

Family time
The home was a great place for our siblings reunion. The house is an easy drive to the heart of Sonoma and other surrounding areas. It worked well for our group and everyone had a good time. We loved sitting on the porch at dinner time. The house has lots of amenities and the kitchen is well stocked.

We were in town for my wife's 40th birthday. Group consisted of 3 couples. Property was neat, clean and flat out amazing! Everything was as stated in the property description. Location was ideal winery visits. We took Uber everywhere and prices were great. We took advantage of the grill as there was a great grocery store close by with awesome local meats and veggies along with full beverage choices. We did not adventure on the bikes so can't review. I would fully recommend this location. We will definitely stay here again.

My siblings and I had a relaxing weekend getaway staying at this property. The open living room and dining rooms setup was perfect for us to chat, play games and watch tv together. Having amenities like Peets coffee readily available in the kitchen pantry was a great start to our day. We would love to come back again!

Perfect wine country getaway
If you’re looking for the perfect place to experience wine country this it. Not only does the house have every amenity you could want, fully stocked kitchen, 2 fireplaces, comfy beds etc., There’s a pool, secluded hot tub and outdoor fireplace and ping pong table (which we didn’t get a chance to use, darn) It’s heaven. Pictures don’t capture the loveliness of this home. We had a perfect stay even with rain. The street is very sweet country lane. Larry and Michelle are the best hosts and available for whatever you might need. They provide tons of information in the guest book on restaurants, wineries and bike trails. We didn’t get to ride the bikes but look forward to it on our next visit. Can’t wait to return.

This house had lots of amenities unfortunately that we were not able to take advantage of because of the weather. However it was perfect for what we wanted. After enjoying several wine taste testing in the area, we would come back to the house to gather around the kitchen table for food, games and great conversation. Many thanks to Larry and Michelle.

It was perfect!!!!!
This started out as a family outing for a wedding that resulted in a terrific family vacation with our adult children and their respective partners. There was plenty of room for privacy although there were eight adults in the house. The house was light and airy and the pool was fabulous. The open concept of the dining room and living room worked well and gave everyone plenty of room. Although we came for a wedding,I think the memories of spending time at the house will be long lasting. It was tough returning to a cold misty northeast. thank you so much,
