“Lovely, comfortable, and clean. ”

“We stayed at this beautiful home for my 30th birthday and it couldn’t have been better space for our group! It was 8 of us and was the perfect place to lounge in and come home to after a day of wine tasting. It was spacious, clean, had all the necessities, plus a binder full of suggestions in the area. The location was great and nearby the Sonoma plaza. The backyard was beautiful and a great space for friends and fun. I loved the entire house and really appreciated the fast and clear……

“The home is absolutely gorgeous! Communication was great! Home was clean and spacious. The King size bed was cozy comfortable. The Hot Tub was great, especially after a day of outings. All appliances are great quality,worked beautifully. Lots of spices that made cooking easy. The instructions binder was most helpful. Will stay here again in the future ”

“The property owner didn’t sent the details of how to get into the location as mentioned which should’ve been 24 hours ahead of time. Once we checked in the location was ok besides tons of spider webs on the outside. The location had a smell in there once arriving air fresheners could have helped. The shower door in the master bath continued to be off track which caused me and my friend to be stuck in the shower. There were no bath rugs weren’t there. The towels had dark spots and wholes in them.……

“Overall, this house is in a great location close to downtown and convenient for getting around. The backyard is a really nice space to hang out and relax.However, there was a noticeable odor throughout the house. The pull-out mattress wasn’t comfortable and made a lot of noise—any movement on it would wake everyone up. Overall, the home works well for about 3–4 people comfortably, but may not be ideal for larger groups”

“Host (Kate) was terrific. House had some unexpected maintenance issues while we were there, causing us to be relocated. She can’t control the unexpected, and she handled the transition as best as possible. ”

“Very clean and cozy cottage. Quiet and chill vibes. Beautiful setting with the river flowing directly behind the place! The weather was kinda lousy (rainy) so we didn't get to fully enjoy the outdoor amenities. But we'd love to come back again in the warmer months. ”
