Seagull Studio Vacation Suite

Seagull Studio Vacation Suite is a newer self-contained luxurious one-bedroom suite with a laptop-friendly workspace steps from the Pacific Ocean. Come and 'Relax, Rejuvenate + Rekindle' as you lounge in the suite or stroll the 1.5 km Whiffin Spit. Hiking, kayaking, fishing, whale watching and fresh ocean breezes welcome you to this beautiful part of the island. Take in the majestic views of the snow-capped Olympic mountains where Mother Nature spoils us with her natural beauty all year round.



In the studio, is a one-bedroom queen-size bed with 2-night tables plus an armoire to hang your clothing. The bed sheets are 100% Pima cotton with a 680 thread count and are simply delicious to snuggle into at night. Complimentary Bath Robes hang in the closet at the top of the stairs for you to enjoy.

There are 4 kitchen chairs and the kitchen table seats 4 comfortably.  The kitchen has plenty of counter space so meal preparation is a breeze. Under the kitchen sink is our compost bin, so please use this wisely. At the top of the stairs in the main closet, we have our recycle bins and additional kitchen appliances.

The living room area offers two wingback chairs beside the fireplace where you can listen to music on Stingray TV or watch your favourite TV show. We also provide a comfy daybed perfect for lounging and reading or for an extra person in the suite. A large desk with a working lamp and free WiFi connections makes working away from home easy and fun. 

The spa-like shower has a 10" x 10" rain-head shower and a separate handheld shower wand for extra pampering. The Luxury Brand towels are wonderfully thick with an 804 GSM for extra comfort. There is plenty of storage space to house all your toiletries in the washroom which has excellent lighting for all your grooming needs.  Just outside the washroom is a linen closet with extra pillows, towels, blankets plus beach towels for the beach. Straw Sun hats are hanging on the foyer hooks which you are welcome to borrow.



Parking is available on-site on the circular driveway in front of the * large garden planter pot * with the sign "Guest Parking".

We also provide 2 NORCO Pinnacle bikes + helmets + locks for you to enjoy.

We designed our 'Forever Home' in 2019 and began construction in a global pandemic. Delays were constant, adjustments had to be made and when we took possession in April of 2021, the list of things to do was endless. However, we finally completed our beautiful private patio where you can BBQ while dining al fresco under our fabulous gazebo. After dinner, you might enjoy an evening relaxing by the fire pit or enjoy a bike ride ( complimentary bikes provided ) while exploring our lovely community.
