Hossegor "CANTE L'AOUSET" Villa with large garden for 6 people.

This Landes-style villa includes a large living room with living room and a lounge with television opening onto a very beautiful south-facing terrace. An equipped kitchen with a fridge/freezer, oven, gas hob, microwave, toaster, kettle, filter coffee maker and dishwasher.
A bedroom with a 140 bed, cupboard and bathroom. A bedroom with two single beds and cupboard. A bedroom with two 80cm beds and cupboards.
Bathroom with walk-in shower. Separate WC.
Garage with washing machine and dryer. Large enclosed and wooded land. Possibility of storing bicycles in the garage and parking a car in the garden.
PETS NOT ALLOWED. Wifi in season. The electricity package is charged in addition to the accommodation cost and is automatically stated in the contract for the periods from January 1st to mid-June and from September to December. Linen is extra, contact our team to reserve it.

Great location

The house was full of spiderwebs and spiders, mould smell everywhere. We spent one day cleaning had to go and buy products to clean the toilet. Hand washed just 6 plates and glasses to use for “breakfast” as would not risk cooking in the kitchen. The cupboard with the pots smelt of ammonia and mould. The kitchen utensils was so dirty, opened the draw once and didn’t use anything for our stay, lunch and dinners we had to go out to the restaurant!
