"The staff were excellent and welcoming, especially Chiara at the front desk who got us dinner reservations at a wonderful local restaurant. The beds were very comfortable. We stayed on the third floor and had a nice view through a small window. The breakfast was one of the best we've had at a hotel, with made-to-order cappuccino, espresso, etc. We would definitely stay again. Orvieto was one of our favorite places in Italy. "

"Staff very accomodating Clean, comfortable Beautiful Castle comfortable we didn't stay for breakfast parking a bit far although Staff accomodated a way to unload luggage thru a different entrance. a bit difficult to find on maps. best to get exact location from office or navigate to Serano"

"The attention for me was overwhelming. I am not used to this treatment. Everyone of the staff was helpful and nice. I got a couple notes: - Do the things in the bigger towns that you need before arriving to this place because the options are limited and not convenient - Come in a car because public transportation is doable but I don’t recommend - the public spring waters are not a minute walk. It took me 30 minutes to walk to the exit of the resort and when I put the gps to go to the place it was another 30 minutes. Recommendations: Not necessary but it will have help me and save me the embarrassment (again it was mainly my fault ) - invest in an ATM so foreigners can have an easy access to cash since the hotel does not do currency exchange. Other than that, I will have to come again when my health is better to see the public spring waters. Thank you for your service."

Beautiful room with own private garden, entire property and gardens impeccably maintained, peaceful surroundings typical of the Tuscany hills. The best wineries of the famous Brunello all within a 15-minute drive, Siena, San Gimignano and other historic places reachable in an hour or less. A truly unforgettable experience. "

"We like the view, the breakfast, the friendliness of the staff members, the comfort of our room and the surrounding area of the resort. However, we did find a large section of spider web hanging from the top of our room. Also, it’s very difficult to get to the resort, but once you get there you’ll be able to enjoy it."
