“Parking lot also good, and staffs are very kind.”

“We stayed 13 days, everything was fine! The one suggestion is the breakfast should change every 5days or 7 days because I had same meals for 13days!”

“Ottima per comodità a Parma”

“Sound insulation is bad whever people passing corridor and closing door. When next door closing their toilet door, the ceiling sounds and move a bit. Otherwise the service and staff are nice.”

“We loved the traditional feel of the hotel and the rooms were lovely and big Lots of space The staff were really helpful We went to the Dalla Nonna to eat which was fantastic and great value”

“Very Good!”

“we booked on the day that we travelled and i did not check email and host sent us email and asked what time we arrived but i missed it. Well take a bit to contact reception when we visited coz we are a bit late and phone not connecting very well. So, remember to check email before you go coz mostly europe hotel closed early at reception. The other day, we go down , all i can say is excpetional service from host and reception, even breakfast. All very good, location is so convenience. Love……

“Friendly, welcoming and helpful staff, smooth and quick check-in. Large, clean and quiet room, just a bit far to the main train station”

“Tutto ok ma struttura da abbellire”

“A very convenient one-night stay. Our room was spacious , well equipped and spotless. Self check-in made arrival extra smooth despite the late time, Breakfast was very good, staff kind and helpful. We only stayed for one night on our way to the coast but it felt like the perfect place to discover the region around .”
