Maison de Charme is arranged over two levels, connected by an internal staircase of approximately 16 steps. The interiors are spacious, bright and elegantly furnished, with air conditioning and heating to ensure a comfortable stay throughout the year.



LOWER FLOOR



• Living room: a spacious and elegant room featuring two sofas, one of which converts into a double sofa bed, a dining table seating 6 guests, a television, air conditioning and heating. The living room opens directly onto the private balcony overlooking Piazza Tasso.



• Kitchen: fully equipped with a five burner gas hob, fridge and freezer, electric oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee machine and small kitchen appliances. The kitchen provides direct access to the private terrace furnished with a table and chairs.



• Bathroom 1: washbasin, bidet, shower, toilet, hairdryer and washing machine. Accessible from the hallway.



UPPER FLOOR



An internal staircase of approximately 16 steps connects the lower floor to the sleeping area, where the four bedrooms and second bathroom are located.



• Bedroom 1: double bed, television, air conditioning, heating and a small private terrace. Accessible from the hallway.



• Bedroom 2: one single bed, air conditioning and heating. Accessible from the hallway.
