We really enjoyed our stay at the Grand Flora. The hotel is modern, accessible, and in a great location—just a short 7–10 minute walk to the center of Sorrento. We were pleasantly upgraded from a deluxe room to a suite with breathtaking views of the volcano and ocean. The staff were friendly, though service could be a bit more polished. Overall, a wonderful property with stunning views and an ideal location.

Although our room wasn’t fully cleaned when we arrived and had to wait for that to get sorted and someone to come up do that, the property was pretty clean overall. We enjoyed the nice large pool and was never too crowded.

Ask for new section of the hotel

Location is good. We stayed at the old part of the hotel, AC is controlled by the front desk. Hair dryer was not working. Bathroom is very old. Picture shows the new part of the hotel which is much better. My first room was right next to an antique elevator.its impossible to sleep even with my ear plugs. Staffs are very friendly.

I was lucky enough to get a renovated room on the first floor. Nice fit out and beautiful tiles. The pool area is excellent and the buffet breakfast was good. An easy walk to the main town.

A very nice traditional Italian hotel, very helpful staff, pool and bar were good to relax at after a days sightseeing, breakfast at the top of the hotel with lovely staff and views set you up for a good day. Easy flat walk into the centre in a few minutes. The room was traditional with a lovely balcony and a nice touch was a fridge . A very enjoyable stay.

Older hotel with lots of character, had a small room with balcony. Perfect for what we needed, 15 min walk to center, close to convenience store and small restaurants. Fantastic

A lovely hotel. We had a great large modern room with large bathroom and balcony. It is in a good location close to the town and has a nice pool. The breakfast was good. The evening menu looked really good too with lots of good vegetarian options but no one else was in there so we didn't eat there. It's a shame as the restaurant is on the top floor and has a great view.

This is a nice hotel if a bit dated in the rooms department , whatever happens if they offer you a room in the 650’s it’s so noisy , I’m a light sleeper & it was awfull …..but good enough we asked for a change of room and they let us & gave us a decent one on the ground floor , nice pool , good breakfast & a decent location ..not bad but not the best .
