Very nice, clean hotel, the bed was comfortable, and the hotel was in an excellent location, close to the train station, close to some good restaurants and cafes, and close to the meeting spots for our tours. The staff was very friendly and gave us a coupon for the restaurant next door where we had a very delicious lunch. We did try the breakfast at the hotel one morning, but it was okay, and I'd recommend going to a cafe for breakfast.

The hotel is down the street from the train station, which was very convenient for us. It was also close to everything. Check in process was very smooth as well as the checkout and the staff were pleasant and helpful and answer a lot of questions. I highly recommend this hotel for friends and family.

Hotel Nice provides great value for the money. It's bright, clean, and in a great area. The continental breakfast was very enjoyable--it's not a heavy breakfast, just pastries, coffee and juice, fruit, yogurt, etc. The staff is terrific! They speak English and know the area. The location was perfect for us too--it's only a block away from the railroad/bus station. This made day trips to Pompeii, Capri and Amalfi very easy. We definitely would stay there again if in Sorrento.

The hotel was in a great location, right near the Sorrento station and near restaurants and cafes. The staff were all so lovely and welcoming. The only bad thing I would say is I could constantly hear people in the hotel so it was only when people went to sleep was it nice and quiet.

Location is excellent to enjoy beautiful Sorrento. You can easily walk to the marina, to the shops and restaurants. The staff are very friendly and great at what they do. The rooms are clean and comfortable. We loved sitting on the rooftop patios sipping coffee in the morning or a glass of wine in the evening.

Very Convenient

This hotel was very clean. The breakfast with the stay was very good. The hotel is almost right next to the train station and on the main road which has more noise than normal but we were really tired and slept through most of it.

We stayed in the Amalfi room and it was great. Can’t ask for a better location. Right on the edge of all the shopping and restaurants so it’s quiet at night and easy walk to the fun. Walk to the port was about ten minutes. Staff was friendly and room was clean.

No luggage assistance when we arrived. The room was on a third floor with no elevator access after the 2nd floor so we had to carry our bags ourselves. The second day the elevator broke and we had to walk up and down. The A/C could not cool the room properly so the room was not comfortable when it was time to retire. The jacuzzi bath was not as we expected. The jets were small and did not provide much massage. I would not return to this property and room.

Just perfect!

Everything was perfect. The room I stayed in was Amalfi and was amazing and very clean. Excellent staff, very helpful and friendly. It couldn’t possibly be in a better location. It’s very ideal to get to other places and in the heart of the city centre

Convenient location

Closed to the train station, SITA bus stop, so it was very noisy day and night. The room was good size, clean, except towels looked gray color. The reception staff was nice. Breakfast was very limited. Overall, it was overpriced for 1 star hotel, the rate was even more than a 4-star hotel in Sorrento.

The accommodations were nice and the beds were comfortable! The elevator was out of service but the gentleman at the front desk offered to help with luggage. The decor was beautiful and unique! There is a terrace we didn’t get to see but sounded beautiful. Guests on the same floor were incredibly loud/arguing late at night and it seemed to continue for a while, but it was only one evening. The location is PERFECT for the train station, multiple popular restaurants, and it is just a short walk to the beach. It is also next to multiple taxi stops!

Pros: Great location; walkable distance to restaurants and Pizza Tasso. Cons: 3 stars because: 1. Shower was leaking water badly. 2. Sink was pretty clogged 3. Every time when the AC was starting the electricity was going off for 1-2 seconds.

Finally had a room with working AC! Although electric interruptions occured daily, it wasn't a deal breaker. The room was spacious and fit my needs. The surrounding area is full of food and adventure. This a great place to stay when you are in Sorrento.

I really enjoyed the location of Hotel Nice. It was close to the train and bus station and not too far to get down to the water if you don’t mind walking. I enjoyed sitting out in the balcony watching the busy street below.

It’s a Nice clean hotel about a 15 minute walk to the center of town. Close to the train station therefore some areas around the property aren’t as clean as other areas of town but this is NOT the hotel’s problem. The hotel is excellent and a good value. My room even had a balcony.
