Excellent location. The person that did the breakfast and cleaned your room is excellent. The room had everything you need. Our only problem was the water, it went out while we were in the shower then the next day while washing hands. The water was out for 5 minutes. The young lady at the desk had no reason why.

I ruined my tire in the next town over and had to get my rental car towed. The hotel sent a car to come get us. It was the owner of the hotel, Nello. That's 5 star service at B&B pricing. The hotel is in the heart of centro with dozens of shops and restaurants. It is 7 minutes from the train and bus station. Sorrento can be your base for Pompeii and the Amalfi Coast. A great town.

The hotel was the perfect place to stay in Sorrento. The location was fantastic. The room was a good size, clean, beautiful and great value. The complimentary breakfast was always great! And the staff were very lovely and helpful. I would definitely stay at PDG the next time I come to Sorrento! Thank you for everything!

Exact room i expected. Beautiful room with all the wonderful amenities. The bathroom has a jetted tub and a glass enclosed shower! This property is an excellent location, on a small alley just off the main tourist shopping boulevard. It's convenient to everything and only about a 10 minute walk to the train station--an easy walk as well. The quiet location is such a bonus! Breakfast is delightful, fresh prepared eggs upon request. An espresso/hot beverage machine is available all the time.

We visited Sorrento July 19-21 the location of the hotel was perfect. It is near wonderful restaurants and shops. Easy to walk to the beach or train station (10 minute walk). The hotel was really beautiful and clean. There was beautiful tiling in both the room and bathrooms. We had two rooms to accommodate 5 of us and both rooms were really nice. The customer service was exceptional, kind, helpful, and friendly from the gal we met when we arrived, to the gal who made the breakfast, and the owner. The breakfast is very good with variety, and I loved their coffee as well. They had an ice maker, so ice was readily available and the coffee machine made delicious cappuccinos and lattes. A young gentleman named Nello helped us find a taxi for a good price to go to Amalfi and took the time to walk us to the area where we would find our driver. The day we left the hotel we planned to walk to the the train station and so we didn't have to carry our heavy bags Nello packed his car with our luggage and met us there. Little did I know he was the owner of the hotel. While in Italy to different parts of Italy we stayed in a total of 5 hotels and Pallzzo dell Grazie was our favorite one. I would recommend anyone visiting Sorrento to stay the night at Palazzo delle Grazie. If we ever get the chance to return, this hotel would be my number 1 choice.

Our Hotel in Sorrento couldnt have been better! The location is perfectly located in the heart of Sorrento. The staff were so accommodating and friendly and made us feel completely at home on our recent 10 day stay there. Our room was spotless and we had our own private balcony. The owner is on site every day and takes pride in providing top class accommodations.

Sorrento gem
Jasmina / Front Desk was very informative and sweet. Hotel is centrally located and convenient for walking everywhere. Windows are sound proof, but church bells beckon. Daily breakfast is plentiful, fresh and delicious. All day complimentary fruit, cookies, coffee/cappucino and lemon granita (my favorite). Do not hesitate to book this Sorrento gem. We pre-arranged Naples private transfer after over night flight which worked perfectly.

My wife and I just finished visiting a couple locations across Southern Italy for our honeymoon, with Sorrento being our third stop and staying at Palazzo delle Grazie. This was an amazing little place to stay - with only a handful of rooms it felt like we had a lot of privacy and reminded us of staying at an Air B&B. It's in a fantastic part of town with almost everything just a quick walk away. Had great amenities including a delicious breakfast every morning with plenty of food options, awesome friendly staff who helped us whenever we had questions, and super clean and beautiful rooms. Would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking to stay in Sorrento!

Beautiful facility in the heart of Sorrento!
This is a beautiful B&B located nicely central Sorrento. The room is absolutely fantastic with beautiful flooring and color schemes, comfortable furnishings and beachy motif. My only critic is that storage is somewhat limited if you have 3 people and staying for a few days. Service was awesome. Also extras such as access to coffee machine, lemon ice, fruits and cookies etc all day makes the stay very comfortable. Breakfast is a bit limited and repetitive. I would definitely stay there again.

Book it now! What a find! This new and beautiful bed and breakfast has the perfect location in the heart of Sorrento and also just blocks from the water and beaches. It is steps from the main square where we loved to dine and right in the heart of the shopping. The rooms are beautifully decorated with gorgeous Italian tiles on the floor and white washed beams in the ceiling. The bathroom had the most amenities we’ve seen in Italy. The hotel and rooms were spotless and we had the most wonderful breakfast waiting for us each morning. Nello, the owner, couldn’t of been nicer or more helpful. He even walked us places to help us find them. Can’t say enough great about this gem! Don’t hesitate, book now!

Sehr schön restauriertes kleines Haus mit nur 5 Zimmer! Leckeres Frühstück gab es serviert aufs Zimmer wegen Corona! Mitten im Zentrum! Alles zu Fuß erreichbar, auch Hafen und Bahnhof. Auto wird von Parkservice weggebracht.

Non so se é stato im caso o meno perche é la prima volta che soggiornavo on questo hotel ma non é ammissibile che il termosifone del bagno rimanga totalmente gelido e l acqua della doccia abbia una pressione tale da non riuscire a lavarmi i capelli.. inoltre l acqua calda andava e veniva a tratti. Non tornero piu in questa struttura e visto il prezzo lo sconsiglio.

Salve , Siamo molto dispiaciuti del accaduto , Al momenti che lei soggiornava erano in corso lavori per la bonifica del acquedotto che ha recato non pochi disagi . Per quanto riguarda il termosifone nel bagno ,bastava aprire le manopole in quanto è una scelta del cliente averli o meno . Per quanto riguarda il prezzo inoltre vi inviterei a riflettere sulla posizione e qualità della struttura e confrontare alla media dei prezzi nella zona, appunto centrale in cui la stessa è situata . Sarebbe comunque un piacere per me ospitarvi nuovamente e dimostrare che tutto è stato relativo a quella giornata .
