Property is perfectly situated. Close to the sorrento lift to get to the beach and close to restaurants and shops. Rooms accessible by elevator. Room was cleaned daily. Breakfast was good (and free) at Da Franco. Had a triple occupancy room. Room was spacious enough for 3 people

This property was phenomenal! We stayed in 5 properties total for our honeymoon and this is our favourite by far. The room was clean, free treats, water (and even champagne for our honeymoon). The staff couldn’t have been nicer. We checked in with Rafaela and she was so kind and funny. She recommended us all sorts of activities. Breakfast that was included was delicious (and great staff there too!) The beach club they are partnered with gives a big discount and it was great there as well! This hotel is central to literally everything and we had no issue getting around! Would 100% stay again

We stayed here for 2 nights and would definitely stay here again. It is an easy walk from the train station (about 10 minutes) and right in the middle of everything. It was easy to find many delicious food options very close to hotel and it is a short walk to the water. The room we stayed in had a small kitchen. Rafaella was very responsive and gave us great recommendations. I highly recommend this hotel.

Great staff but not present 24/7. “Queen bed” was two small mattresses of average quality pushed together. Tiny shower but you’re in a historic building. You get a stovetop coffee maker to have Italian-style coffee for free every morning!!

Not a luxury experience

We stayed at three hotels during our trip, and unfortunately, this was the most expensive and the most disappointing. It’s marketed as a luxury experience, and that’s what we paid for — but it didn’t deliver. The room was basic, and aside from the location, there was really nothing luxurious about the stay. Customer service was lacking — staff were either unavailable or unfriendly when we needed help. At no point did we feel welcome. When you pay this kind of price, you expect to be looked after. Sadly, that just wasn’t our experience.

Resumo: Foi a melhor hospedagem da minha Eurotrip, sem sombra de dúvidas. Atendimento: O atendimento da Rafaella foi um dos diferenciais, sem contar a qualidade do serviço de quarto, se atentando a todos os detalhes para manter a nossa experiência o mais positiva possível. Amei a cidade de Sorrento e isso se dá pela excelência entregue durante a hospedagem. Localização: Extremamente privilegiada, muito próxima das duas principais ruas de Sorrento e a poucos metros do elevador para acesso à Marina. Estrutura: Pegamos o quarto no último piso e gostamos muito da estrutura do quarto, tem um pequeno lance de escadas, mas nada que impactasse consideravelmente na experiência.

당일 급하게 예약하고 갔는데, 바로 체크인 준비해주셔서 바로 들어갔습니다. 깨끗하고, 샤워할때 뜨거운 물이 콸콸 잘나옵니다. 엘레베이터도 있어서 짐 옮기기에 아주 좋았습니다. 위치도 맛집들 즐비한 골목이라 접근성 최고입니다. 응대해준 라파엘라의 친절함은 200점입니다.

Estadia Sorrento Inn

Local muito bom para o que se pretende a ser, todo funcional com cozinha adaptada e banheiro super útil. Atendimento excepcional de Rafaella, super prestativa e legal. Local fica no centro de Sorrento, há 10 minutos da estação. De todos os lugares que fui durante a viagem, este seria com certeza um que voltaria novamente, recomendo!

Cette photo ne représente pas exactement la chambre et les deux petites fenêtres étaient situées à 9 pieds de haut, donc inaccessible.Très propre.Lit confortable. La kitchenette devrait prévoir des ustensiles de meilleure qualité et des produits de base tel que sel, poivre et huile. Sinon l’accueil est chaleureux, l’entretien est excellent. Bien situé dans l’ancienne ville et à quelques minutes de la gare.

Pasamos una buena estadía allí. Muy buena ubicación, en el centro, a pocas cuadras de la estación de bus y tren. Rafaella muy atenta y nos dio buenas indicaciones. Teníamos pequeña kitchenette en la habitación, aunque no hicimos uso de ella. Muy recomendable
