"Love the customer service!! They were very helpful even though we had a language barrier. They even used their phones to translate for us. Would recommend staying there because of the staff! "

"Friendly and helpful, picked me up from train station and took me to Narita. Very quiet, took a nice walk around the area, across the street from rice paddies. "

"Lovely, clean premises and comfortable spacious room. Reasonable price. Breakfast was included. Would've liked to have more tea options at breakfast."

"Rooms were clean and breakfast was great"

"Great place to stay."

"Food are nice and surprising reasonable price. A bit confused at where to check in and who to talk to staff at first. But at the end, staff was very helpful and lovely. Room condition is relaxing as it is a resort but cleanness can be up a notch when there was so spots for dust and little bit dirty. Overall not too bad. Would recommend if you wanna get away from a city life and enjoy some countryside life like me."

"Convenient location, clean and quiet room and excellent breakfast."

"Very good location and large room."

"Close to airport, tidy hotel. Was easy to get the shuttle bus from narita."

"Very good place for family camping."

"Excellent Staff, good breakfast and a very helpful shuttle service to airport. This was the perfect place to stay before catching a flight from NRT."
