Villa Posidonia is situated in the quiet area of Ayia Thekla and few meters away from beautiful golden sandy beaches.
This magnificent Villa is an ideal choice for those who are seeking for a truly relaxing sun-filled holiday.
On ground floor you will find a double bedroom with a shower bathroom, spacious living area with fully-equipped kitchen, all furnished to the highest standards. It has also one good size double bedroom and a twin bedroom with a family bathtub on first floor.
The perfect place to relax and enjoy shade during hot summer afternoons is villa's large covered patio with overlooking a beautiful well-maintained green lawn and mature garden.
For more excitement there is always hustle and bustle of Ayia Napa with plenty of shops, bars, restaurants and club.

Everything fine - nice & relaxed stay

Spent 5 nights at Posidonia villa at Ayia Thekla area. House was perfectly clean and everything was as described. Kitchen was fully equipped with everything needed. A/C in every room and was working very well. Pool was very nice and clean and in really good condition. Communication with agency was just perfect. Before arrival and during the stay - Antonis was very nice. Even a special request was answered & managed shortly and in perfect matter. Great! House is situated in residential area - quite and relaxed. Would book this villa again.
