“Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Personal war sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Wir konnten die Altstadt bequem zu Fuß erreichen. Das Frühstück war lecker und der Garten in dem wir es serviert bekommen haben, war sehr schön. Wir sind im Feierabendverkehr angereist und mussten zunächst etwas suchen, konnten dann aber auch einen Parkplatz in einer Querstraße finden. ”

“Excellent for a one night stop before flight. Beautiful apartments set into the hillside overlooking Souda Bay. Incredibly modern, new and super clean. Very spacious rooms, equipped with all the essentials and also outstanding views. Staff are absolutely wonderful. Nothing was an issue for them. The receptionist was incredibly accommodating with my requests and really lovely to deal with. Wonderful small pool area which again, has an incredible view of Souda bay and the mountains. Well……

“此住宿係一個Apartment 形式，面積夠大，有電梯。不過，沐浴的熱水很難控制，忽冷忽熱，而且水壓不好，水力很弱。試過有一晚突然停電，幸好，有人仍在office幫忙解決問題，否則整晚都不用睡，因為此住宿不是24小時有人的。特別多謝Irene的幫助。”

“Jeg bookede mit ophold på The Alma City hotel et par dage før ankomst, og de var super venlige og sørgede for god service og var meget hjælpsomme! Jeg fik early check-in og kunne checke ind kl.4 om morgenen uden problemer. Selve værelset var perfekt! Super flot indrettet og med god og behagelig atmosfære. Hotellet ligger tæt på cafeer, restauranter og supermarkeder og det var nemt at komme rundt. Yderligere hjalp hotellet med airport transfer og stod til rådighed det meste af dagen, og……

“The welcoming feeling goes beyond the arrival. It is all way till the end, when the team thank you and says "hope see you again" - priceless. The whole team, from receptionist and cleaners to management, they are very friendly and helpful. They offer toiletry produced locally. It was so go that we found the brand shop and bought some to take home. They offer all the best. The whole room/ bathroom very clean. I strongly recommend this hotel for all it has to offer.
