Un super sejour a Soulac

Nous avons passé 2 semaines dans cette maison tres bien placee et agréable , a 5 minutes de la plage, a 10 min des commerces, on a tout fait a pied ou a vélo. L acceuil et le suivi ont ete tres bons. Nous avons adoré !

Presque parfait, mais...

La maison est idéalement placée, proche des commerces et de la plage. Le terrain est grand, agréable ; la maison bien équipée (quelques petites cuillères supplémentaires peut-être ?), les lits confortables... Nous sommes malheureusement passés après des locataires sales (cacas de chien, bouteille d'eau sous le lit, emballages de tampons hygiéniques un peu partout...). Nous y avons passé 2 semaines très agréables, à UNE exception près : les voisins franco-allemands de la Villa Vereca qui aiment la musique TRES forte, et qui n'ont fait que peu d'efforts malgré nos demandes. Quel dommage de n'avoir pu profiter de siestes au calme dans ce charmant jardin... Merci malgré tout aux propriétaires et au contact sur place qui ont été très prévenants et ont fait leur possible pour améliorer notre confort.

Schönes Haus mit guter Lage

Ein schönes Haus in naher Lage zum Strand (<10 Minuten zu Fuß), der auch nicht zu überlaufen ist. Soulac ist ein wirklich schöner Ort mit einem guten Kompromiss zwischen touristisch belebt und ursprünglich. Die Verwalterin ist sehr nett, kann allerdings nur französisch. Eine defekte Spülmaschine wurde umgehend ausgetauscht. Die Ausstattung mit Geschirr und Besteck könnte ein klein wenig umfangreicher sein. Erfreulicherweise waren auch 2 Fahrräder vor Ort. Das Kinderzimmer war für 2 Teenager etwas eng und die Matratzen im Elternzimmer leider nicht so komfortabel. Ansonsten prima!

Cadre agréable avec beaucoup d'espace et très polyvalent

La maison est spacieuse, les lits confortables, l'ameublement pratique. Nous nous sommes sentis tout de suite "chez nous". Le grand jardin donne une impression d'espace, permet à chacun et surtout aux enfants de bouger à sa guise. l'équipement est très complet, il ne manque rien et si quelque chose ne fonctionne pas parfaitement, la réaction est immédiate. Les propriétaires et leur représentante sur place font tout leur possible pour rendre le séjour le plus agréable possible. il est à relever qu'à notre demande, ils ont acquis plusieurs jeux de société, que nous avons grandement apprécié par ces chaleurs. à ce sujet on doit souligner que la maison garde une agréable fraîcheur même par temps de canicule. Une location et les propriétaires à recommander!

Bon séjour, maison agréable mais.... Passage de trains non signalé, chemin pédestre au fond du jardin, balançoire vieillotte et cassée, jardinier venu faire entretien tout une après midi, etc... Maison agréable mais photos ne représentent pas la réalité... Meubles cassés : tiroirs impossible à ouvrir, sinon ils tombent, douche bouchée , matelasl vieux et avachis. Malgré tout nous avons réussi nos vacances grâce à son emplacement proche du centre ville et de la plage.

Schöner Urlaub

Unsere Zeit war sehr schön. Das Haus ist gut eingerichtet mit allem, was man braucht, und ist gemütlich auch bei schlechtem Wetter. Wir haben uns wohl und willkommen gefühlt. Unser Sohn vermisste nur den WLAN- Empfang im Garten.

Première visite à Soulac

Nous étions au calme, dans une propriété avec un grand jardin. La balançoire est très pratique pour les enfants, mais un peu vétuste. Sinon c'était vraiment très bien.

Soulac 2020 des Mazeron

Très bon séjour. Villa très bien localisée et bien équipée. Très grand jardin très agréable. Très calme le jour et la nuit.
