「Très bon séjour globalement mais j'avais payé un surcoût pour un grand lit qui se résumait à un grand lit mais avec deux matelas séparés rapprochés. Un peu déçu sur ce point. De plus, la douche était un peu exiguë pour un grand tel que moi (chambre sous les combles). Par contre, le personnel est très poli et très serviable, merci à eux. 」

「La chambre n'était pas conforme aux photos. La moquette était abîmée avec un paillasson près du chevet pour cacher le trou dans cette dernière. La chambre sentait très mauvais (l'humidité et le renfermé), problème visiblement connu car tenté d'être atténué avec un spray de toilette se déclenchant toutes les heures. Le buffet n'était pas "fameux" mais la vue sur la forêt enneigée était très sympathique. Pour terminer, le sauna était hors service. Nous ne recommandons absolument pas cet hôtel.」
