"This property is beautiful and isolated, about 8 kms outside Ourzazate. It's set beautifully but star gazing might be the only thing that you could do around here in the evening. Staff is friendly and helpful. We did have 1 room that had heat issues (December time and heater didn't work) but they shifted us to a bigger room. Water was heated and the room heat was sufficient. "We were a group of classical musicians rehearsing in the Riad. It was the most perfect experience. The place is superb, well equipped and with a fantastic kitchen. The gardens and terraces a tranquil oasis with space for all. Mohamed greeted us beautifully and was at the end of a single phone call for any small issues. Never too intrusive but always helpful. We are so grateful to have had the chance to live in such a special house. Thank you."

"Shortly after booking this hotel, someone emailed us that the hotel was actually full and no rooms were available. They said that they could put us in another hotel. However, when I looked it up, that hotel looked very primitive and it was also much cheaper (like 4 times less). I told them that I wanted a refund so I could book another hotel. I booked another place but they refused to refund me. Beware!"
