"Great staff and good vibes. We really enjoyed our stay here. The dining room staff, beach staff, and animators were really good to us. Food gets repetitive (more fruit, please!) But apart from that we loved it all. Tip: the party on the stage goes until 11:00 pm most nights. If you aren't a night owl, ask for a room facing away from the stage. We partied on our balcony."

"Outside look was very nice and location was good also but room itself needs upgrading it has very old look and comfort is just about average not much variety in breakfast."

"I was so disappointed with this hotel,It's was not what I've seen on pictures, the rooms were totally different from the website it shows, I've claimed and said that the pictures are old lol they really need to update Their new room pictures. Are really awful and the AC doesn't work, the room was really cold,Blankets smell dust,I think haven't been used before only kept in the closet :/ I have to admire the staff service was friendly but I wasnt satisfy at all booking at their hotel. "The reception dude, is so entitled and got an attitude. Also, there is no lock on the inside of the room door. Which allows the room service to come in at anytime they want and it did happened. Honestly i was disappointed i had i spent 3 hours there, then i went and i changed the hotel"
