Location deplorable

Nous avons ete reçu par personne le logement ne correspond à l'annonce passé sur Abritel ,logement très vetuste sol rafistoler, toilette dans un état déplorable avec de l'urine séché sur le toilette la brosse des toilettes dégueulasse reste de l'ancien locataire Sur l'annonce il annonce lave linge lave vaisselle plancha on se retrouve juste avec un lave linge dégueulasse avec des emballage de vache kiri dans le tambour les électroménager dégueulasse gras a ne pas recommandé A 200€ la nuit je trouve ça excessivement chère et on nous annonce 3 étoiles il ne faut pas allumer 2 électroménager en meme temps pour cause de surchauffe Piscine pas chauffée En discutent avec des personnes de la résidance il y aurait plusieurs loueur qui loue le même type de logement dans un meilleur état avec velo et une bouteille de bienvenu et moins chère Je ne le recommanderai pas

Location sympathqiue et propriétaire accueillante!

Très bons souvenirs de notre séjour dans une location agréable et en contact, chaque fois que nécessaire avec Sophie, la propriétaire des lieux, qui est une personne très agréable et très serviable. Donc, j'ai adoré mon séjour et les enfants sont ravis.

Séjour très agréable

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour en famille. La maison est au calme et à l'abri des regards. Tout a été rafraichi, donc la maison est très agréable. La place est conséquente pour 4 personnes, notamment en pleine saison estivale où l'espace extérieur est très appréciable. Près du lac marin et du centre-ville de Vieux Boucau la maison est bien située. Vieux Boucau est un village sympathique et animé en été. Mme De Brosse est une propriétaire exemplaire, avec un véritable suivi de la réservation jusqu'à la fin de nos vacances. Elle a absolument tout mis en œuvre pour que nos vacances soient réussies. Sur place, on peut aussi compter sur Thierry qui s'est très bien occupé de nous et qui a répondu à toutes nos questions. La destination comme la propriétaire sont à recommander !! A bientôt peut-être pour un autre séjour...

maisonnette très agréable et propriétaire très gentille et serviable

Nous avons passé un séjour très agréable de 2 semaines . Mme de Brosses est une propriétaire très gentille et très à l'écoute de vos besoins (elle nous a même appelé pendant nos vacances pour être sûre que tout se passait bien !!). La maisonnette venait d'être rénovée donc très propre. La chambre est assez spacieuse, nous avions une maisonnette avec un grand espace vert à côté de la terrasse ce qui nous permettait ne pas avoir trop de passage. La résidence est bien située (à moins de 10 minutes en vélo de la plage et du centre ville). La résidence est très adaptée pour une famille avec de jeunes enfants (piscine assez grande et des terrains de foot et basket pour enfants). En revanche les animations de la résidence ne sont pas très attractives mais cela n'a pas empêché nos enfants de se faire de nombreux copains.
