"They charged me $20 for staying there on top of the room rental but never told me about it. When I asked about it, all I was told is that the staff is not good at telling the customers that they will be charged that fee for each night they stay there. Will not be staying there again. "

"My parents were in town visiting and we always rent a place in the neighborhood for them to stay because we do have space. This was by far the best place they have stayed yet and we have some wonderful rentals in the past. Brian was wonderful when we needed to add an extra night because of weather issues. Who played the super cute and also in such a great location in Ballard. Would absolutely booked again in the future."

"Great location for public transportation and lots of restaurants and cafes in neighborhood. Bed was new and nice firmness. Very nice towels. I got a courtyard room so no view but very quiet. Staff always greeted me coming and going. I would definitely stay here again. Really like the string of lights over the street."

"Crumbs and dog hair all over carpet. Upstairs tenant was extremely loud the whole entire 48 hrs of my stay. Blew cigarette smoke at us every time we came in the front entrance while he was outside smoking. Not an accurate description or photos, don’t waste your money."
