Stayed here for my wedding weekend with the bridesmaids on Friday night so we had a place altogether that we could get up morning to get ready for the big day. The kitchen and living room was plenty of spacious to allow that. Close to downtown and the venue. Comfortable rooms, we’d stay again!

Older remodeled home. Needs hooks in both bathrooms to hang towels. Also, needs a tub mat as the tub is slippery without one. A dan in an upper bedroom was not working but it was ok as we didnt need that bedroom. Noted a burned area on wall next to gas range. Should have a heat resistant board there. Overall though, it was nice, clean, comfortable experience.

Great Place to Stay

The property has overall good cleanliness and the check in process was super easy. We enjoyed our weekend at the house and I have no complaints.

The house was not clean when we arrived. The couches are not pull-out sleeper couches. Worst of all the house was broken into and our stuff was taken. There was supposedly a home security system, but that did nothing. The police told us that this location is in one of the worst section’s of town. Overall very disappointing.

Overall, our stay was comfortable. The listing is accurate. The accommodation was peaceful and quite, very good things. Some additions had have been excellent. Ceiling fans in the bedrooms as one. There were not issues in communicating with the host. They were very accommodating, to the point of allowing me to check-in a day early. Thank-you.

Great property

The property was clean and simple. Beds were all queens and extremely comfy. There is a large dining table. Many TV channels. Many new dishes, utensils, and pots and pans and a new big refrigerator. There is not a washer/dryer or grill. Black out curtains throughout. There are fans in each bedroom. Some previous comments talked about the lack of AC upstairs, but it was not an issue for us, and vents were blowing. The location was convenient and close to SB and ND, but still a drive. The neighborhood seemed to be just starting gentrification. We enjoyed walking around and felt totally safe. We talked with the neighbor- nice guy. Marion was very easy to work with. We would stay again!

Beautiful house, as shown in listing!

Everything in the house was exactly as we expected - or better! Host was very responsive to any questions we had. We enjoyed our time sitting on the front porch and loved the proximity to downtown, cute neighborhood too.
