This location is a design/security nightmare; gives the feeling of someone high in the company that just chose the cheapest option on all materials when contracting, but never actually visited onsite. Whoever was the project manager of this hotel- YIKES! Any contractor walking through this building would laugh. My biggest issue was with the doors not closing- inside and outside. The first thing I noticed when checking in was the room across the hall was cracked open, it stayed cracked all night. The back door outside(the one with a sign next to it that says locked at all times for security LOL) does not close properly thus not locking. I got in at night through the back without my key card because the door didn't latch. The phone in the room didn't work, the wire ran behind the bed frame so I couldn't get to the outlet to check the connection. The bathroom shower wasn't caulked, looks awful around the frame. Shower hadn't been cleaned with bleach in ages- lots of orange-ish mildew and dark mold spots. The shower door doesn't seal properly when closed, walked out of my shower to a pool of water on the floor. The big rectangular sink has a tiny faucet placed at the corner instead of the middle. At night you can hear EVERY door open and close, woke up several times to the door slamming down the hall. Oh and they put a mini fridge in a cabinet that it doesn't fit in so the cabinet door doesn't close-- just take the door off people!

Breakfast staff and hotel desk staff were wonderful. There were healthy breakfast options to choose from, along with a hot breakfast that I did not try. I enjoyed the fitness room. However, there were no cleaning wipes or a solution to clean equipment after I was done using it. Our bathroom shower was not clean. Mold along the inside edges, and there was dirt and hair on the outside edge of the shower. Our bathroom sink took a long time to drain after brushing our teeth. When we arrived, there were a few Tic Tacs in front of and under the chair next to the bed. This made us think that maybe our room had not been vacuumed properly.

The room had a strong odor of VOC. It was so bad that my wife went to the lobby and told the attendant on duty about the problem and they came down to the room and said "yes, it smells" and said he would let the manager know. Also the toilet was so loud when it flushed, it would wake anyone in the room. We were not offered another room, or even compensation. My wife slept in the lobby until the support staff told her she couldn't stay there because another shift was starting. The people were nice enough but this was unacceptable treatment for a loyalty member.
