All was well until the fire alarm went off at 5:30 in the morning. Thankfully it was a malfunction . But… peaceful sleep was interrupted by the loud alarms going off in our room. Then at breakfast the pancake maker wasn’t working right. And then when we checked out it took the printer 5 minutes to work and print out our receipt.

Nice hotel
The hotel is nice and was in a perfect location for us. The room was spacious and clean. The safe didn't work and the bed was way too soft but who can really complain for the price. The breakfast as a whole was just ok but the biscuits were amazing.

The room was perfect; but I was disappointed that a hot breakfast was not provided. It was one of the reasons I chose the property.

Front desk person wasn’t the kindest . For some reason I had issues with two different credit cards for incentives at the front desk. After I had already paid for the hotel room, we swiped one of my cards it was accepted, and then she claimed it was declined, although I could show her on my statement that the money was deducted, about 10 minutes later when I got to my room it was refunded. Also not my fault. They claim that this hotel is affiliated with the casino but it’s not anywhere near it.

Unfortunately, the hotel in not adjacent directly to the Casino, however we are close to the Casino. Holiday Inn is located 10 minutes away from the Casino.

Our room was clean, quiet, and spacious. Staff was efficient and helpful. A minor problem was we had a dripping shower faucet, which couldn't get fixed when during our stay.

The spaciousness of the room (king size suite), microwave oven and small refrigerator, plus within walking distance of ALDI shopping center, made it very comfortable to dine in. Having a indoor pool and a well equipped exercise room were also big pluses

Flashing yellow light from the smoke alarm kept us awake. Bright flash every few seconds. We asked if the front desk could do anything and they said it was for everyone’s safety. Our room was also right across from the stairwell, and we could hear every time someone opened the door, very loudly. Very poor quality sleep both nights of our stay.

Upon arrival, the lobby was full of people who had been given keys to rooms that had not been cleaned. The towels in my room had hairs on them. The AC did not work properly. The downstairs restroom had no toilet paper, soap, or tissues.

The biggest problem was the construction around the hotel and the noise made by the trucks. If we had realize it earlier we would have ask for a room change. The room was one of the nicest one we had ever stayed in.
