Nice getaway

A nice home away from home for our short trip to the area. We enjoyed the hot tub and comfortable home. The open yard space is a bonus as well. Thanks and enjoyed it!

Wonderful stay

I met 5 of my friends from across the country here for a girls weekend! We had so much fun! The property was perfect for us. We all got our own bed, it was very clean and comfortable, great kitchen, and we loved the hot tub. The backyard is really nice. The host was super communicative and nice. Highly recommend!

South Bend 2024

The rooms were spacious. Very clean and well stocked. Couple bulbs out but had replacement. Wonderful coffee spread and plenty of wood for fire. Hot tub awesome. Guys wanted to play outdoor games but all pieces not there. Overall a good experience.

Notre Dame Game in December

Location was great, and the hot tub was a game changer after spending 10 hours in the elements at Notre Dame. The communication with renters was great, and the personal note and cookies was a welcoming experience. I did have a challenge getting on the WiFi but when I messaged the renter I was given the backup WiFi in minutes.

Check in was easy, and met with a big plate of homemade chocolate chip cookies. Great extra touch!! Great outdoor space where we spent many hours in the pool, cooked out on the grill and fire pit at night.

Comfortable place to stay near Notre Dame

We were visiting family in South Bend and needed a place to sleep and shower nearby, as they don't have enough guest beds. The house was just right. If we return for a similar stay, we would definitely try to stay at the same place.

The backyard and water amenities were even better than expected and though there was an unavoidable issue with the pool I very much appreciated the prompt response and efforts to correct it. The game room downstairs was a big hit and the home made cookies

Perfect!

This place is just perfect! The listing is accurate, and has everything you need. The hot tub is an enjoyable touch. The host is especially attentive to any questions which is always appreciated! The family and I absolutely enjoyed our week here, and look forward to staying here again if we are ever traveling in the area!

The house was nice and clean. The pool and hot tub and backyard were nice. We used the pool but not the hot tub. The only negative thing I could think to say was that I didn’t care for the two cameras watching the pool and hot tub. Sorry but I covered them.

Although we had a couple hiccups with the pool (pools can be very finicky & unpredictable) and the A/C taking a while to cool down at check-in, Todd bent over backwards to make things right. He is very responsive. We had everything we needed for our three day stay. I wish we would have had more time in the game room. What a fun room! Our adult children loved it as well as the hot tub. We would definitely book here again!

We took my oldest Granddaughter to her first apartment and to prepare for college. It was nice to have a comfortable place to stay at night after all day putting furniture together and unpacking her.

A Lovely Place to Stay!

We greatly enjoyed our time in the area with this great rental home. Everything was exactly as shown in the photos and Todd was great to communicate with and made sure our stay was perfect. This home has plenty of room to spread out and a great backyard too. The bedrooms were really nice, had extra pillows and blankets, and we thought the mattresses were very comfy! It was a quite neighborhood and easy access to a major road. The kitchen was perfect for cooking meals and we definitely took advantage of the coffee bar. We enjoyed the TV for watching movies at night and big speaker for music while cooking. We couldn't have asked for a nicer place to stay while in town and I hope others find this place just as enjoyable as we did.

Great Place

You have a great home and we appreciate all of the proactive communication. If I had to give feedback on one thing it would be the 2 full size beds, each in their respective rooms. They were very uncomfortable, squeaky and the pillows were hard. Aside from that, you have a great property. Thanks again!
