Cottage is on/off trail 6. Enjoyed are 3 day stay. We are new to ATVing. Trails where excellent especially towards Bull Gap.

The perfect spot

This was the perfect house for us to 'base-camp' out of while we were in the area exploring the waterways of the Huron National Forest. Hope we can stay here again soon!

Will stay here again, perfect location for trial riding.

Location was great besides absolutely no cell service. So when we lost power after the storm on Saturday it was impossible to be able to contact the owner to get a generator to the property. House was very clean and set up very well. Over all very nice place to stay for the weekend.

Summer Fun

The cabin is very nice & met all of our expectations! It’s quiet and off the beaten path although it’s best suited for off road adventures, it’s close enough for fishing on Long Lake or Jose Lake and kayaking the Au Sable from Mio. Hiking trails galore and Lumberman’s Monument as well. Thank You!!

What a great place!! Easy check in with detailed email that explained everything. Clean property with no neighbors in sight. We loved it so much we booked it for July while we were there! Thank you so much! Can’t wait to stay longer in July!

Our stay here was great. Absolutely zero complaints. Our favorite thing was the free firewood that was supplied. Overall everyone in our group had a very great time and we will definitely be coming back!

Snowmobile perfection

My brother and I had a great weekend snowmobiling. The location is perfect right on trail 6. We rode 220 miles in 2 days it was a blast!
