Make sure you miss the flood under the railway bridge on the approach to the hotel. It's very deep and has been there for ages. The A 38 is very noisy.

"Delux room with balcony which was overlooked by diners in the dining room and above the noisy pool pump equipment. Beautiful view, very tired decor and generally not worth the money."
