“I felt the stay was good for the price. However, in the middle of the night, loud music from nearby rooms and the smell of tobacco smoke drifted into my room and bathroom, so I had to open the windows. I reported it to the front desk, and they were very accommodating — they refreshed my floor and room right away. The staff was helpful overall and took good care of me, especially since I was visiting from out of state. The staff was really helpful and made me feel taken care of!!!!!”

“There was a dime bag of drugs found in the bed of the room I was staying in. Clearly the room had not been cleaned since the previous occupant had stayed. There were burn marks in the duvet and no lock on the door. I did not stay the night as I did not feel safe within the hotel.”

“Not the best neighborhood but the hotel was nice. Professional, helpful. Room was clean and comfortable. Wish the water pressure was better but overall happy with the hotel.”
