“Over all the property was good. The air conditioning worked great and it was maintained well.”

“For the bronx its not a bad hotel, there is a deli right next to it and there's a couple more food options like mcdonalds, papa John's, etc. Room was good although part of the floor board was sticking/bulging out but wasnt the biggest of deals. It was still clean and a good room. Had an air conditioner too which was good for when it'd get hot.”

“Every was clean, the only thing i didnt like was the check in process , you have to do a form on site and put a 75 dollars deposit for some reason none of my cards were working so i had to stand outside until i was able to send a transfer of the 75$ to the person in charge, so that was frustrating for me being standing there in front of the building with my luggage , so i texted the person once the person received the transfer via cashapp i got the code to go into the building and to my room”

“ok”

“Breakfast is not enough, and the food is a little less.”

However, the bathroom was so small it was difficult to turn around in, and the water pressure was poor. It was also hard to adjust the water temperature. For a hotel describing itself as “luxury,” we were also surprised there was no minibar, coffee machine, or refrigerator. At around $700 per night, we expected these basic amenities to be included. We’ll look for other options next time for……

“When I visit NY this is my first choice to stay at! The rooms are great! Free coffee in the morning is always a plus!”
