"They were nice. But the pool could be more supervised and they could have no alcohol allowed in the pool area or food. "

"Room was clean staff was friendly and the bed was comfy! We had an adjoining room and had a lot of noise from the next room but the rest of the stay was great. "

"Only problem we had was dog barking next door. Called the front desk. They took care of it in a half hour and never heard it again on three nights we stayed. Rooms were excellent. "

"Breakfast was basic, not too great but sustaining. The waterpark is awesome, my daughter loved the 2 hours we were able to swim during our 2 night stay. Winter hours were only 4pm to 9pm, so our vacation was about a month too early :("

"Rooms are very nice and comfortable. Breakfast is amazing and real flatware and silverware. Do not hang the do not disturb on your door handle while taking a shower as they will not clean your room. We left to tour the Black Hills for the day and when we returned Housekeeping had done nothing to our room. Called down to the front desk and they told me it was my fault as the do not disturb was on the door and they do not come around to double check. They also do not knock on the door as the next morning I left it off when I got in the shower and they walked right into the room my wife was shocked and thankfully I was only half naked but still embarassed. So if you want a clean room do not put up the do not disturb but your at risk of being exposed. They did bring up fresh towels and take out the trash as I requested that to be done."

"I walked in there and everything ready for me to fill out so I can get right into my room to relax I had a peaceful night quiet and the staff at the front desk was very helpful and careful when I left this morning"
