"What I enjoyed most was the support staff and their efforts and enthusiasm to making sure our stay was a pleasant experience. Upon our first visit to the poolside restaurant Arlene was our server, very professional and pleasant, so pleasant we requested her service each morning 4 days upon arrival to the restaurant, she would greet us with a smile and outstanding attitude to serve us in our many breakfast endeavors. Also there was Melody at the front desk who greeted us with a warm welcome to the resort! Her attention to detail and excellent customer service skills were beyond what we expected. Combined they made a memorable experience one we will not forget. The Hilton Ft Lauderdale Beach Resort is a gem! It houses several dining locations on premises and located within walking distances to great fine dining establishments. We had an amazing experience staying at this hotel! All the best and we hope to visit in the near future. "

"Beautiful property! The swimming pool, the amenities and the beach is literally right across the way. Restaurants right across the street and up and down the walk. Just honestly overall great experience. Gave a full star for cleaning this because there was dust and hair residue in the room was definitely clean."

"My experiences in Eden Roc Miami Beach Hotel exceed my expectations. The Staff members are out of this planet, any place I went they knew me and asking if I need anything. My experiences start at arrival Staff open the car door and Mr. Nico Valdes make sure you are taking care of. I special thanks to Mayelin, Maria Hermosa, Nash and Alberto from Costa Rica . What a great team. The customer services at the beach with Salvador and his team DJ and Diego from Peru, fabulous !!!! My friends and I had the best time ever.
