The space is quaint but enough room where my spouse and I had plenty of room to spread out. The pool is very refreshing and the additional shared space is awesome to lounge in. 「There was a little confusion at first because I didn’t realize the host would send the last minute details in an email (I don’t ever check my emails on vacation). She did answer right away to my call, explained their process (there is a form that must be signed prior to getting the code), and text me the instructions. Once we were in it was easy peazy. Back entrance was ideal for walking to and from the beach, skipping the crowded side walks. Property manager was very responsive via text. Wifi went out once during our stay and they sent someone to fix asap. I think it was fixed within 30 min. 」

A little on the small side for a couple. If you have a big SUV that is rented it was a bit tough getting in and out of the parking space that we had. Other then that the Apt is close to a lot of things to go see. Overall I would definitely recommend this Apt to others.」

"We stayed for four days and three nights, and our experience was truly outstanding. From the flavorful meals to the sparkling clean pool, the well-maintained environment, and the reliable shuttle service—every detail was thoughtfully handled and exceeded expectations. The only aspect that could use improvement was the service attitude of the night shift front desk staff, who came across as less welcoming compared to the daytime team. A bit more warmth and attentiveness during the night would truly elevate the guest experience. Overall, this hotel is a fantastic choice for families visiting Universal Studios Hollywood. The facilities are family-friendly, the atmosphere is relaxed yet vibrant, and everything is conveniently located. Strongly recommended for a comfortable and enjoyable family getaway!"
