「Check-in was effortless and the place was clean, quite comfortable and looked exactly as advertised. Literally close to everything! I’d say this place is more suitable for a family with teens. Not the ones who’d look for a play area. Communication was fast and easy from the beginning to end. We enjoyed our brief stay.」

「Was very conveniently located for the Pasadena Convention Center - an easy 5 minute drive away. Slight issues with the smoke alarm going off any time we wanted to cook. Host was easy to communicate with.」

「Location in VRBO is inaccurate. This property is not in Culver City but in the West Adams neighborhood. We booked this place expecting to be in short walking distance to bars and restaurants in downtown Culver City however that was not the case.」

「This place is perfect. I have 2 kids & a dog, and this place is just right. Monrovia is a cool little town and this property is in walking distance from Old Town (farmers market street parties in Old Town are great for fams).10/10, highly recommend.」

「Great space for 2 people, fairly priced, clean top to bottom, we booked this space for a trip to Universal studios it was short trip there, very convenient. Would stay again and recommend to others.」

「It’s a small room mostly for sleeping the outside patio is a great touch comes with a few chairs couch and tables there’s also grill ,washer, and dryer outside. The lighting at night isn’t very good there’s also an umbrella for shade. Comes with a complete kitchen the fridge is also large. Bathroom is nice and there’s also a large closet next door. Area is a nice neighborhood and there is plenty of stores and restaurants nearby walking distance. Never had any issue parking in street there was...
