「Room and facilities were clean, and the bed was very comfortable. I wish I had looked to see the name of the mattress.」

「The room was very nice and roomy but did have a bit of a musty smell upon arrival. The staff was very friendly and helpful and the fact that they offered breakfast was a nice touch. The biggest drawback really was the stairs. They are quite steep and difficult to maneuver with luggage. I saw another guest fall trying to navigate his luggage. 「Bon dejeuner」

「This is a quiet, charming, and well maintained, historic B&B, that provided a quaint New England experience. Excellent communication on the front end for check in procedures and adequate parking despite being a late arrival we're a huge plus! The breakfast was freshly prepared and quite delicious, served in a beautiful day room setting! I know the Innkeeper was busy, but it would be nice for her to spend a little time getting to know her guests and be a little less matter of fact.」

「We loved the Guest House. We were traveling to go to Salem and it was close to the commuter train to ride to and from.」

「Great location (very near Exeter)」

「Breakfast」

「I stayed for the night prior to a fishing trip. I slept well. good bed. clean room. polite people.」
