Come enjoy a stay in this beautifully renovated brick school building where you will be just 2 blocks from downtown South Haven and 6 blocks from South Beach, Lake Michigan. It's conveniently located near the local farmer's market which turns into an ice skating rink in the winter. You will have the entire loft to yourself and in the building is a shared pool, hot tub, gym, and movie theater.

Pleasant historic building with modern interiors to units. Close enough to walk to downtown shops and the beach. Small unit that is called a "loft" so noise from other members of your party carries into the bedrooms. I thought it would be fine for two couples but the bunk bed with full mattress on the bottom is very crowded for two people who are not petite. My husband snores and is up in the night so he went ahead and slept on the couch quite comfortably. The kitchen is well kitted out. Enjoy South Haven!

Perfect location for walking to downtown of the beach. Comfortable beds, great space, fantastic pooll and everything we needed! Nicole was very prompt and helpful with all communications.

Great experience

Beautiful place and great location. Every detail was thought of. My wife commented this was the best rental we ever stayed at with regards to amenities. We will definitely book here again.

Fabulous Girls Trip

We went for a short girls trip, and after staying here, we wish we had stayed for longer. Amazing place, Nicole has thought of everything. Everything was immaculate, the kitchen had all the supplies that you could think of, the beds were super comfy, water pressure was great, there was even a basket of items "In case you forgot". We loved the pool and the gym as well. The walk to town is very short, we walked all the time. The only time we drove was to the beach, and that's because we had a lot to bring with us. But even that is a very short drive. Nicole even had beach chairs, a cooler, and sand toys for guest to use! Oh, the building also had two movie theaters which is such a great idea! We loved it all and can't wait to be back. Couple recommendations...Six Chicks for breakfast and Taste for dinner!!
