「I had a lovely albeit short stay at Hawkdun Rise. Suzanne and John are wonderful hosts who make you feel at home. The interior could be slightly more modern for my personal taste but everything was very clean and well kept. And you can tell that the owners put a lot of thought into creating a space in which their guests can feel comfortable and welcome. Need to try their Gewürztraminer! 」

「Such a delightful property. Very helpful owner and managers who spent time familiarising us with the historical home and various tourist attractions. The bedroom was very large with lovely antique furniture, a comfortable bed and a nicely fitted out ensuite. We had access to the kitchen/ dining room and lounge rooms which were all well furnished and very comfortable and relaxing. Lovely garden to appreciate.
