Very nice location and close to great restaurants and beaches. The bed could be upgraded and the ac stopped working the last day and night. Fortunately the weather was pleasant and we opened the windows.

Relaxing Home-Away-From-Home
My husband and I enjoyed a wonderful stay at this centrally-located, clean, fully-equipped apartment in South Kingston. As others noted, there's a peaceful deck for relaxing over coffee or a glass of wine. Lots of good restaurants very close by (Two Ten Oyster Bar, Tavern on Main, and Trattoria Romana were great, as well as Monahan's Clam Shack). Kitchen was just right for cooking in a couple of nights. We spent most days at Scarborough Beach (ample parking), but took the short drive to Newport one day. A fun & relaxing week at an apartment just right for the two of us!

Perfect spot near beach
We used very clean property close to beach as our “crash pad,” as we were at beach and out and about. Had all amenities we needed to keep our beach vacation going, having washer/dryer and dishwasher was great. Communication great. Thank you!
