FANTASTIC

This home doesn’t disappoint. The listing photos don’t do it justice.. Home is beautiful, clean and comfortable. Kitchen is well stocked with rice cooker, pizza stones, baking sheets & lots of dishes. Yard is the perfect size for families wanting to play in the snow. The home was tastefully decorated for the Christmas holiday which was perfect for our stay. The kids loved it! There are some extra clothing items in case your kids forget things, a lovely game room & lots of room for larger groups. The beds are comfortable. The neighborhood is lovely & the people are friendly. This listing truly elevated our Tahoe experience 10x!!! We’ll definitely book this home again! :)

Great common space!

Comfortable seating and a long dining table. Kitchen cabinets all labeled so you don’t have to open each one to see what’s inside. Driveway only cleared of snow for tandem parking. Decks NOT cleared of snow and was 6 feet high. 2nd floor bathroom door didn’t lock. Add in a foosball table?

The photos look better than the property itself. We stay at many vacation rentals and this is not a luxury property. It is nice, but nothing about the entire property states luxury. Walking up the front stairs was the first disappointment as the entryway was quite filthy and covered in bird droppings. The decor is quite sparse, everything in the house from the bed linens, pillows to kitchen, utensils, and appliances could definitely use some upgrades. The master bedroom had old pink sheets. The master bath had two old rugs on the floor with bleach spots on them. The master bedroom also has a very large window over the head of the bed with no blind on it so the sun comes in quite early and lights up the room. The refrigerator has ice and water in the door that do not work. Initially, the property management company was asking if we were operating it correctly, then a few messages later they said they knew it did not work and was not listed as part of the amenities for the property and would not be repaired.We discovered the coffee pot did not work and after several text messages with the property manager, asking if we plugged it in, they dropped off a Hamilton Beach coffee maker in the box. The evening before our check out I was offered late check out for a fee, I asked for a noon check out instead of 10 AM given all the issues we had had with the property and it took them until 6:30 AM to respond. The property has potential but definitely not luxury
